At Mercede's website, in the "Open Documents" portal, the user can search for "budget" and consult the ordinance from last December, where the whole budget for 2015 is. However there is still no information for 2016. The information is in a PDF which can be downloadaded, but not reused. Moreover, the document contains a lot of text and not too many charts (such as generally budgets are), which prevents to scrap the document and make further analysis.
